Our “Featured Littles”, seen below, represent 10 of the 1100 children and youth that we currently serve. Currently we have 160 children on waiting to be matched.

Alexandre 15 years old Little Brother matched with a Big Brother since March 2003. “I enjoy hockey, swimming, biking, soccer and playing cards. I like having a Big because I can talk openly and he teaches me a lot of things about politics and hockey.”	Bryn 11 years old Little Brother matched with a Big Sister since August 2008. “I’m good at baseball, video games and stuff like that. I am very proud that I am good at math and never give up. I like that I get to see my friends during school and want to be an architect when I grow up.”	Felicity 10 years old Waitlist since May 2009. “I like singing, reading, jump rope, card games and much more. I don’t really like weird looking animals or bugs. My sister does not always like to hang out with me so I want a Big Sister to stand up for me and care for me.”	Kade 10 years old Little Brother matched with a Big Brother since November 2006. “I am good at video games, rock climbing, match and spelling. I love rocks, key chains and superheroes. I want to be an astronaut when I grow up.”	Kaitryn 10 years old Waitlist since May 2009 “I like pop music but don’t really like to dance. I enjoy arts and crafts, computer games and TV. I enjoy math class and want to be a teacher when I grow up.”

Laura 10 years old Laura was recently matched in June to Big Sister Leslie. “I’m good at running, gymnastics, horse riding and very proud of winning 1st place in the 400 meter race during a track and field competition.”	Leslie 10 years old Little Brother matched with a Big Brother since October 2007. “I’ve been able to go to Cirque du Soleil and lots of Sens Games since having my Big. I love different sports, video games. I also tried lots of new activities since being matched.”	Michael 11 years old Little Brother matched with a Big Brother since January 2009. “I like basketball, fishing and games that involve running. My favourite subject is gym and the thing I like best about school is going home. I hope to become a contractor when I grow up and build houses.”	Patrick 15 years old Waitlist since May 2009 “I love hockey, basketball, dancing and swimming. I wear glasses, am happy, like talking and having fun. Sometimes I can be shy but very friendly.”	Rachel 11 years old Little Sister matched with a Big Sister since May 2007. “With my Big Sister, I have been doing things like going to the beach, watching movies, and having a meal as outings. She has taught me that family comes first and that “You’re always younger than you’re going to be” which means don’t put things off until later.”
